1:1 Exercise & Rehabilitation

These sessions are designed to identify motor patterns or areas that may be weak - causing dysfunction or pain.
We will work on this area to restore specific muscle movement and strength as necessary.

It is best to wear shorts and a T shirt for these sessions

These sessions are 60 minutes, priced at £50

Packages of treatments are available for support for your specific sport or event. please contact us for more information.

Hands on treatment

These sessions are designed to isolate specific muscles using massage, mobilisations, tape and manipulating soft tissue structres to try and restore muscle movement  and reduce pain as necessary.

You will be asked to undress for these sessions
These sessions are 60 minutes, priced at £50

cycling screening

These sessions are focusing on your biomechanics both when you are static and how you move in space when on your bike. The focus is on correcting any poor biomechanics to help with efficiency whilst on your bike, and avoid injury by overloading certain structures with poor position.

You will need to bring your bike and wear your kit (whatever you are comfortable in) and be prepared to be filmed on a turbo trainer

These sessions are 60 minutes, priced at £75

Running Screening

These sessions are focusing on your biomechanics both when you are static and how you move in space when running. The focus is on correcting any dysfunction and make your running style more efficient for your specific event or race.

You will need to bring your running shoes and wear your kit (whatever you use regularly) and be prepared to be filmed doing certain drills.

These sessions are 60 minutes, priced at £75

TRIATHLON SUPPORT

These sessions are designed to help support all three disciplines of triathlon, in whatever way you need. We will do a full biomechanical screen for swim, bike and run and can help provide nutritional support for your specific event or race. We can additionally advise on strength and conditioning for areas that are weak and help you perform to your best ability when race day comes.

Please contact us if you are interested in this type of support, prices vary depending on level of ability and support needed.

The bottom line is that Sophie fixed me up. She quickly appraised my knee injury sustained running and worked with me to devise a realistic plan through sessions with her and training on my part. To add some context this was less than 2 months out from the marathon, which I ran normally and have since recovered from with no ill effects – in 3 hours and 6 minutes. On top of the obvious skill in her work is an infectious positivity that really makes a difference when injury is getting you down.
