“I’m an amateur runner with not much experience and recently I had a few running related injuries.
I had 3 sessions at Apps Physiotherapy over the last 3 months to treat Iliotibial Band Syndrome and a minor calf strain. After the initial session my injuries have been assessed and treated with massage.
I have been suggested exercises and a structured training pattern in order to facilitate recovery and prevent further problems.
The environment is relaxed, Sophie is very friendly and at the same time she extremely professional.
